North 15 to 23 m/s tomorrow evening and on Thursday with snow or considerable snow in the north and east. Winter driving conditions are expected on mountain roads in the southwest and west later today. Bad driving conditions are also expected in the north and east late tomorrow (Wednesday) and on Thursday. People are advised to follow the weather forecast and driving conditions closely and to not drive in unprepared vehicles in these areas.
